Wallick Communities is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical operations within our senior living communities. This role helps lead nursing teams, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care aligned with our mission of dignity and stability. You will assist with care planning, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and training while promoting a culture of compassion, integrity, and continuous improvement. Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations
Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver resident-centered care
Assist with development and implementation of individualized care plans
Monitor regulatory compliance and quality standards in senior living settings
Coordinate and optimize staff scheduling and assignments
Support training, onboarding, and performance coaching of nursing team members
Oversee documentation and accurate use of electronic health records (EHR)
Promote infection control and safety practices across the community
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address resident needs and outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and resident satisfaction efforts
