Equinox seeks a passionate Personal Trainer to deliver high-impact fitness coaching within our innovative, growth-focused culture. In this on-site role, you’ll design personalized training programs, conduct assessments, and track client progress using data-driven methods and performance technology. You’ll educate clients on strength, conditioning, and holistic wellness while ensuring safety and proper technique. Collaborating with a supportive, development-oriented team, you’ll help push the boundaries of fitness and create transformative results for a diverse client base.
Design and deliver customized training programs aligned with client goals.
Conduct fitness assessments, track progress, and adjust plans as needed.
Coach proper exercise form, safety, and injury prevention techniques.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance services and client experience.
Educate clients on holistic wellness, recovery, and sustainable habits.
Leverage technology and performance data to refine training strategies.
